In the early stage, we will communicate with you in detail. After the product is confirmed, we will give the customer a sample of the goods before production. When the customer confirms, we will carry out production. If there are any quality problems, we will compensate. Also we will keep the production process at each stage updated through emails, videos, calls and other direct communication ways under customers’ requirement. After the products are done, we will give our customers the logistics suggestions if they need. Pack the products well in order to protect them during the delivery. Our one to one service will not stop until our customers receive the products they ordered and be satisfied.
